This is wierd and will freak you out

When I first saw this I was just about to move away from the web page. but I thought why not have a look and to be honest I was amazed, this is really strange, just follow the instructions below exactly and you will see what I mean.

Amazing tree climbing goats of Morocco

I had no intention of posting anything today, I was just doing some research when I came across this, and just had to share it with you.

In Morocco, goats climb and perch in the branches of the Argan tree in search of its fruit, which contains a small number of almond-shaped nuts. After the nuts are excreted by the goats, local farmers use them to produce a rich, golden-colored oil that has a nutty, buttery taste and is said to have medicinal properties.

So these goats climb trees to get the nuts that the farmers cannot reach, the farmers wait around till the goats have had their fill, and need to have a good S**t, then collect whats left of the nuts to make oil that has a nutty buttry taste, with a little bit of goat crap thrown in for added flavour.

I wonder who the first person was to see these goats climbing trees,  and why on earth did he think it would be a good idea to rake through the goat crap and collect the leftover nuts to make oil?

Planning It’s all in my mind

Dreaming about the finished project is great, It’s similar to the “what would you do if you won the lottery dream” it’s harmless and it’s fun but then you have to come back to reality. That’s the piont now I dont have to go back to reallity, because I am actually going to build this Villa in Morocco.

So off I when to Google land to see what I could see.. The first one

Not a bad little Villa the pool looks great, but I have a feeling it will be to small I think I will be getting a lot of visitors when It’s finished.

This is a great view, I can just imagine myself sitting in the hot-tub in the evening after a hard day sunbathing, watching Newcastle Hammer Man United 5-0 on sky sports with a glass of cold beer, well this is about dreams. So on to the next one.

I really do like this

I really do like this villa it has everything I want I can just imagine it finished with the gardens and pool done it will look great. Also it looks like there are at least 3 or 4 bedrooms, just what I need. I like this one, what do you think?

Well it’s a dream I know I cannot afford it but hey just have a look at this, now thats what I call a villa.  Someone wake me up.

Looking for Land in Morocco

It seems like I have been dragged over every square meter of Morocco looking for a place to call home, I had an idea before I set out exactly what I wanted, First and foremost I wanted a sea view, well really I wanted a bloody spectacular sea view, Second it had to be an easy walk to the beach for a swim, that ruled out cliff tops. Third I wanted to be within a 20 min drive of a large city and within 2 hours of an international airport with UK flights, well easy-jet flights to be exact. And finally I wanted my own private area not crowded with thousands of tourists fighting for a good sun-lounger, Ive already done the Spain and Tenerefe holidays and while they were fun I want something different now.

Land prices vary wildly in Morocco but for Europeans it is still cheap, I was actually offered 15 Hectors, I have no idea how much that is, I know its a lot, the amazing thing is, the price was £11,250.00 thats Eleven thousand for land the size of a royal estate, and I never even bargained the price I have no doubt I could have dropped it by a couple of thousand, but it was inland and and not what I wanted. So bang goes my Royal Estate in Morocco, I passed on that one. And any way I don’t see myself as a country squire or farmer type.

I had also thought about buying a ready built villa or apartement, but quickly dropped that idea when I looked at how much some of the companies were asking for, Upto 1/2 a million they must be making a fortune selling these places ( they are I know someone selling them in Turkey Millionaires).  So after looking at some really stunning places I decieded it was not for me and out of my budget. I must admit there were some really stunning places but for thoses prices they would have to be. I cannot afford them so move on, But I still want a Villa so on with my search.
