What is the cheapest price for a decent apartment in Rabat, Morocco?

Hi, I was wondering how many dirhams a decent 2 bedroom apartment would cost in Rabat, Morocco? What about a 1-bedroom one?
I will be working in Morocco and I want the lowest price possible. I heard their prices are rising?
