I’m going to Morocco in the Spring, and I would like to travel up to France and Belgium for a couple of weeks. I am wondering what is the cheapest way to do so and if you have any links for good sites to help me find fares.

Jet4You flies the route for as low as €20.00 one-way plus taxes in the spring.
Aigle Azur also flies from Rabat to Paris Orly, but their fares are higher. They are still considerably lower than RoyalAir Maroc which charges around $1000 for the flight, though. (seriously)
Air Ninja is a great site for finding low-cost flights in Europe and Northern Africa.
