    UP NORTH IS THE WARMEST PART OF MOROCCO IN THE WINTER SEASON.
    TANGIER OR SURROUNDING AREAS..

    There are warmer places further south but Marrakesh is the closest match to your description.

    Not sure about Tangier, it gets cold sea drafts from both the Atlantic and the Mediterranean and it can get pretty chilly.
